Board Secretary

With a degree in Accounting and a PG Diploma in IT-Accounting, Mr. Edet brings extensive experience in accounting, administration, and back-office support to his role as the Board Secretary.

Mr.Ebi Spencer-Tekenah

Executive Director (Administration/ Human Resources Management).

He has served in management roles across several Oil and Gas organizations. As Executive Director, he oversees administrative operations and human resources management, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains the talent needed to achieve its strategic objectives.
